PAYMENT

1. Payment Must Be Received Before Photos Will Be Available For Download

2. Credit Cards and Paypal Are Accepted Through Our View Shoot System

3. Payment Is Due At The Time When Photoshoot Is Ready For Download, Any Late Payments After 7 Days Will Result in a $75 Late Fee Until Shoot Is Paid

4. Full Photoshoot Payment Is Required Even If Property Sells Prior To Agent Listing Property

5. PHOTOS MUST BE DOWNLOADED WITHIN 30 DAYS (WE DO NOT KEEP PHOTOS IN OUR ARCHIVES)

PHOTOSHOOT

1. Cancellations And Reschedules Need To Be Made 24 Hours Prior To Shoot. A $50 Fee And Re-schedule Will Be Added If Agent Is 15 Minutes Late Or Does Not Call/Show Up

2. The Agent must discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Unless specified, the standard shoot will include the front and back exterior and the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Multiple angles of the same room or area may be considered in the count of finished photos. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give direction otherwise.

4. All properties will be shot AS IS. The photographer will open blinds and turn on lights but is not a stager/decorator/home cleaner. Due to liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, etc., the photographer will not move furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. and will not stand on furniture to turn fans off. Also the photographer does not touch bathroom supplies so please be sure all personal hygiene items from showers and bathtubs have been removed. If the photographer notices something small he will try to make it look as best as possible, but overall the property needs to be 100% ready to go when photographer arrives.

Real Estate Agents

By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize the photos to market the sale of the property. The photos may not be given to a third party such as a contractor, stager, designer, etc. In photography, the photographer almost never gives up copyright of the photos to another individual. Purchasing the photos gives you the ability to market the property via photos on Facebook/Realtor.com/MLS/etc. Please note that in the unlikely event the listing is canceled, you do not have the appropriate permissions to re-sell the photos.

Designers / Builders / Commercial Clients

By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize the photos to market your business and your business only. The photos may not be given or sold to a third party such as another designer, contractor, material manufacturer (tile/flooring/countertop/painting company), etc. In photography, the photographer almost never gives up copyright of the photos to another individual. If a third party contacts you about using the photos, please have them contact us. They may license the photos from us for their usage, only after we receive explicit permission from you that you don't mind that the transaction takes place.
